JIM BREECH

Jim Breech currently lives in West Chester,
Ohio with his wife, Denise. They share a family nine children and seven grandchildren. He grew up in Sacramento, California where he attended the University of California at Berkeley. Jim Breech was drafted by the Detroit Lions in 1978 and signed by the Oakland Raiders later that year. After playing one year with the Oakland Raiders in 1979, he signed with the Cincinnati Bengals and played from 1980-1992. Jim Breech took the field in two Super Bowls, XVI and XXIII. 

He has accomplished the following records and achievements:

Bengals' all time leading scorer 
NFL's 10th leading scorer when retired in 1992 
Lead AFC in scoring 1981 & 1987 
Held NFL record for most consecutive games scored- 186 (record since broken by Morten Anderson) 
Holds NFL the record for overtime field goals w/o a miss- 9 
Bengals Man of the Year in 1992 
Inducted into Hall of Fame - University of California-Berkeley-1999 
Jim has owned his own printing business and is currently an independent
insurance broker for Hauser Group in Cincinnati and is involved in real
estate.

Jim Breech is one of the founders of the Superstar Program with Athletes in Action
and has spoken to thousands of high school and junior high students about
drugs and alcohol. 

He speaks to numerous churches and civic groups and donates his time to many
charity events.
