Jay Foreman is the son of Viking
great and five time pro bowler,
Chuck Foreman. In college Jay was an
All-Big 12 Conference Selection for
Nebraska and played 8 years in the
NFL. Foreman, a four-year
letterwinner, served as Nebraska’s
middle linebacker during the 1997
national championship season. He
ranks 14th on the Huskers’ all-time
tackles chart with 233 and was the
team captain his senior year. In
1998 Foreman was a semi-finalist for
the Dick Butkus award.
Mr. Foreman made two postseason
appearances during his NFL career
and joined the Houston Texans during
their first three seasons as a
franchise. Jay regained his role as
captain with the Texans and held the
title for 3 years. He achieved five
consecutive seasons of over 100
tackles, two of which he recorded
over 200 tackles.
During his time in Houston Jay began
a charitable foundation known as
“Foreman Friends”, an organization
that assisted abused,
underprivileged kids in group-homes.
Jay also used this platform help
fight diabetes and feed needy
families on thanksgiving.
Today Jay Foreman and his father are
the founders of Foreman & Foreman
Enterprises. Which is the umbrella
of their Real Estate investments and
Jay’s commercial carpet cleaning
business and also public speaking
schedule, which focuses on
leadership and motivation.
In 2007 Jay opened Foreman Fitness,
a program of sports specific
training for athletes and those
looking to train like athletes. Jay
is a certified personal trainer by
A.C.E. and NFPT and a certified
level 2 TPI golf fitness trainer by
Titleist Golf Company. These
certifications combined with his
years of athletic conditioning
provides his clients the skills and
knowledge necessary to reach their
peak performance levels and reach
their physical fitness goals.
