After moving to Catawba NC in 88, starred in track,
basketball and football at Bandys HS. Earned
All-American honors as a defensive lineman, adding
Mid-Atlantic defensive player of the year honors as
a TE and DE as a senior.
1992-1996:Played football at University of Tennessee
.4 year letterman and 2 year starter.
1996-1998:Drafted to Miami Dolphins in 1996
1999: Chicago Bears
2000-2001: New York Jets
2002-2004: Carolina Panthers, 2003 NFC Champions
