You can join the NFL Alumni one of two ways. If you have ever been paid by a major league professional football team you are eligible to become a Professional Member. If you did not play professional football but support the organization's goals and want to take part in its activities, you are eligible to become an Associate Member. All NFL Alumni members share a commitment to advance the organization's mission of "Caring for Kids."

As an NFL Alumni member, you'll have the satisfaction of knowing you're helping former athletes in need or distress. The NFL Alumni works with the NFL to fund and administrate "The NFL Alumni Dire Need Trust," an expanded program that provides financial assistance to qualifying former NFL players.
